The foundation of this successful venture was laid in 2014 by Mr. Ramesh Sonone, when he began his professional association with the State Bank of India (SBI) as a Home Loan Counsellor. His dedication, ethical approach, and deep understanding of customer needs earned him consistent recognition from SBI and built a strong reputation in the housing finance sector.
As the business grew, his son Mr. Suyash Ramesh Sonone joined him, bringing in new energy, vision, and technology-driven strategies. Together, they expanded their operations and formalized their growing enterprise into a partnership, establishing Sorcier Consultancy Services LLP in 2018.
In 2025, driven by a vision for expansion and modernization, the firm evolved into a private limited company — SORCiER REALTECH INDIA PVT. LTD. This transformation marks a new era of growth, professionalism, and nationwide reach.

Mr. Ramesh Sonone
Founder & Director, SORCiER REALTECH INDIA PVT. LTD.
A visionary entrepreneur, Mr. Ramesh Sonone founded the company in 2014 with a mission to simplify the home loan process and meet the financial needs of customers across India. His leadership and customer-first approach have driven the company’s consistent growth and recognition.
With over 16 years of Central Government experience and a strong background in public sector operations, he brings exceptional expertise, discipline, and integrity to the organization. Since 2014, he has been associated with the State Bank of India (SBI) as a Home Loan Counsellor (HLC), earning trust and appreciation from clients and banking partners.
Previously, he served for 17 years as an Officer at the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) under the Ministry of MSME & Industries, Government of India, before pursuing his entrepreneurial vision.
He is also an Empanelled Resource Person and Financial Education Trainer with SEBI since 2013, promoting financial literacy across India.
Through his dedication and leadership, Mr. Sononecontinues to guide the company’s mission of delivering honest, efficient, and customer-centric financial solutions
